Refund policy

At Artyssan, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


Easy Returns

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, email us at info@artyssan.com. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care in preparing every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.
Send an email to info@artyssan.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.


Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original item and, once approved, place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm if your refund is approved.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at info@artyssan.com.
