Shipping policy

At Artyssan, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your order.

  • You will receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Store Pickup – Halifax, NS

  • Orders can be picked up weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at:
    20 Alamir Court, Halifax, NS

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

  • Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 km of our store and for orders of $30 or more.

  • Enter your address at checkout and select the Local Delivery option. If the option doesn’t appear, your order isn’t eligible.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with real-time tracking information when your order is out for delivery.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days after processing.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • We currently ship only within Canada.

Packaging & Care

  • All items are carefully packaged to protect your order during shipping.

  • Preserved flowers are delicate — we recommend handling with care once the package arrives.
